COACH
Master Doroja, ChPC, has over 30 years of experience in Martial Arts; coaching, team building, leadership, recruiting, and development of students and athletes. He is a charismatic speaker, trainer, and presenter; skilled in employing clarity, innovation, and humor to deliver effective training to diverse audiences at the recreational and high-performance levels.
Master Doroja is highly skilled in needs assessment, strategic planning, motivating athletes to reach their goals, and following through to ensure success. He has developed and coached successful Provincial, National, and International high-performance level athletes at the cadet, junior and senior divisions; and in those years he had the privilege to work and produce several Pan Am Champions, World Champions, and Olympians. In 2010, he went on to coach one of his athletes to win both the Canadian Nationals and, the first Youth Olympic Games Team Trials.
He had also worked at ten different Taekwondo academies training and coaching athletes, not only for competitions but also in Martial Arts. Outside of Taekwondo, he is currently working as a full-time Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO) for a Managed IT Cyber Security company based in Canada and the USA, with over twenty-seven years of IT professional experience.
