Master Doroja, ChPC, has over 30 years of experience in Martial Arts; coaching, team building, leadership, recruiting and developing of students and athletes. He is a charismatic speaker, trainer, and presenter; skilled in employing clarity, innovation, and humor to deliver effective training to diverse audiences at the recreational and high-performance levels.
Master Doroja is highly skilled in needs assessment, strategic planning and motivating athletes to reach their goal, and following through to ensure success. He has developed and coached successful Provincial, National and International high-performance level athletes at the cadet, junior and senior divisions; and in those years he had the privilege to work and produce several Pan Am Champions and World Champions. In 2010, he went on to coach one of his athletes to win both the Canadian Nationals and, the Youth Olympic Games Team Trials.
He had also worked at seven different Taekwondo academies in teaching students, not only for competitions but also in the Martial Arts. Outside of Taekwondo, he is also currently working as a full-time Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO) with over nineteen years of IT professional experience.
