Stage 5: Learn & Train to Compete (F 15-21, M 16-23) // Stage 6: Learn to Win (F 17-19+, M 18-21+) // Stage 7: Train to Win (Females >19 & Males >21) Athletes will train to solidify their sport-specific and position-specific skills and all of their physical capacities. These athletes are aiming to compete in national and international events. Medals and podium performances are the primary focus. Athletes with identified talent pursue high-intensity training to win international events. They are now full-time athletes.
